"Excellent Service"

I had unsuccessfully tried to work out the built in WorldPay module of Virtuemart for some time when I came across E-commerce Solution. I "tested" the support response time with a pre-sale product question. The answer came promptly, so I bought their module called "Joomla 1.5 VirtueMart WorldPay Advanced Payments".

Paid through PayPal and thanks to good documentation I downloaded, installed and tested and the module in less than 15 minutes. In addition to actually working it has these advantages to the built in module: MD5 encryption, test modes, callback password and callback IP restriction.

Had an issue when moving the shop to another domain so I emailed support again, on a Friday evening. The response arrived after 20 minutes helping to solve the problem that actually did not appear to be related to the product I bought. It has been a breeze. Thanks!
